You don’t need any skills and you don’t need to bring anyone. In the beginner lesson you learn the basics in a relaxed group: grip, serve, your first rallies and how to use the walls. Afterwards you can carry on playing with others straight away.

Before your first lesson
I really have no experience – is that okay?
That’s exactly what the beginner lessons are for. We start with the absolute basics, at a relaxed pace and in a small group.
Do I have to bring someone?
No. You can come alone and get to know the others in the lesson. If you like, you’ll quickly find regular playing partners through the community.
What does a beginner lesson cost?
We’ll announce the exact prices together with the fixed dates. Join the community and you’ll get all the info first.
Are there sessions just for women?
Yes, we offer dedicated ladies’ sessions. We’ll announce the days and times soon – in the community you’ll hear them first.
