This privacy policy informs you about which personal data we process when you visit this website and what rights you have. Personal data is any information relating to you as a person by which you can be identified.
We collect some of your data because you actively provide it to us – for example via the contact form. Our technology automatically records other data when the site is accessed (in particular technical information such as browser, operating system or time of access). We treat your data confidentially and exclusively in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

3. Hosting
This website is hosted by STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. The servers are located in a data centre in Germany.
The hosting provider processes the data arising when this website is accessed, in particular the server log files (see section 4), exclusively on our behalf and according to our instructions. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable provision of our online offer (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place. 4. Server log files
When this website is accessed, the provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits. These are in particular: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer and time of the server request. This data is not assigned to specific persons and is not merged with other data sources. Processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for the technically error-free presentation and security of the website. The log files are deleted after a short time.
5. Contact
If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, telephone number, email address and your message) in order to handle your enquiry. The contact form is transmitted in encrypted form. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation/performance of a contract) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering your enquiry). We only store this data for as long as it is necessary to process the enquiry, and then delete it insofar as no statutory retention obligations exist.
The email service used for delivery is Brevo (Brevo GmbH, Berlin, Germany), which we use as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Brevo processes the data you provide in the form exclusively for the technical delivery of the notification to us; processing takes place on servers within the European Union. 6. Fonts
This website uses fonts that are hosted locally on our server for a consistent presentation. When a page is called up, the fonts are loaded directly from our server; there is no connection to Google’s servers or any other third party, and no IP address is transmitted to third parties for this purpose.
7. Location map
The map embedded on the contact page is a static graphic hosted on our own server (map data © OpenStreetMap contributors). No data is transmitted to third parties when the map is displayed. Only when you actively click “Plan your route” are you forwarded to an external map service, for whose data processing that service’s privacy terms then apply.
8. Cookies, consent and reach measurement
This website uses cookies and comparable technologies. Technically necessary storage is based on Section 25 (2) TDDDG and covers only storing your cookie choice (pk_consent, one year), so that you are not asked again on every page.
All other services are loaded only after you have given your consent (Section 25 (1) TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). Until you consent, no such script runs and no connection to the providers' servers is made. You can change or fully withdraw your choice at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer; withdrawal takes effect for the future.
We use services provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. They serve two separate purposes and you can decide on them separately – you may consent to reach measurement without allowing advertising tracking, and vice versa.
Statistics: Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4 measures how our website is used. It processes in particular the pages visited, time on site, approximate location, device and browser details and a shortened IP address. We use the results to improve the content and structure of our site. Cookies set: _ga and _ga_*, with a lifetime of up to two years.
Marketing: Google Ads
Google Ads lets us measure which of our ads led to a visit (conversion tracking) and show you relevant ads. Cookie set: _gcl_au, with a lifetime of up to 90 days.
Google Tag Manager and Consent Mode
Both services are delivered through Google Tag Manager. Tag Manager is not an analytics tool itself and sets no cookies of its own. It is loaded only once you have allowed at least one of the two areas. Google Consent Mode passes on your decision per area; services you have not approved are not executed. If you withdraw later, the approval is reset to "denied".
Transfer to the USA
The provider of all these services is Google Ireland Limited; data may also be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. An adequacy decision of the European Commission exists for the USA (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) and Google LLC is certified under it. Even so, access by US authorities cannot be ruled out. By giving your consent you also consent to this transfer (Art. 49 (1) (a) GDPR). Further information: policies.google.com/privacy.
9. Your rights
You have the right at any time to information about your stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and a right to object (Art. 21). Insofar as processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

10. Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the federal state of your habitual residence. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen.
